Patient Pre-Treatment Responsibilities
Patients are responsible for completing their Medical History and Terms of Treatment forms prior to their appointments. These are expected to be updated every 2 years.
Patients who have a history of cold sores, including a single previous occurrence, and are scheduled for lip treatments are advised to take anti-herpes medication five times daily prior to their appointment and continue for five days post-treatment. This measure is strongly recommended to minimise the risk of an outbreak, which may lead to discomfort or potential scarring. Medication must be obtained from a pharmacist or your GP.
Patients must refrain from taking any blood-thinning substances for a minimum of 48 hours before their appointment. This includes, but is not limited to, Vitamin E, Aspirin, Niacin, fish oil supplements, and Ibuprofen. For your comfort and safety, you must also avoid alcohol and caffeine on the morning of your appointment. This includes decaffeinated beverages such as decaf coffee, herbal or standard teas, and kombucha.
For all facial treatments, Patients must arrive without makeup. If you arrive with makeup on, please ensure you allow sufficient time before your scheduled appointment to remove it. Entering the clinic room with makeup still on may reduce the time available to complete your treatment.
Medical Records
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in conjunction with the Data Protection Act 2018, grants individuals with the right to request access to their medical records. Kindly address all written requests to Gulben Kaya, Operations Manager, at info@raedenman.co.uk.

Our code of conduct highlights our commitment to our professional and respectful working environment for all individuals within our business. We support a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct.
Any instances of harassment or disruptive conduct will be thoroughly investigated, and proper actions will be taken to address the situation. We reserve the right to cancel a Patient’s appointment and cease treatment if the code of conduct is not followed.
Please note, children and pets are not allowed in the clinic or treatment room. This is for the safety of all, and the management of your appointment and treatment. If a Patient does not adhere to these requirements, the appointment will be cancelled with no refund.
